What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In the US, enjoy free shipping back on returns and exchanges.

How do I request a return?

To start a return, email us at hello@sprclrz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I get refunded?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I make an exchange?

The best way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

May I cancel an order after it was placed?

We strive to ship orders as quickly as they were placed. You may always contact us should you wish to cancel your order immediately after you placed it, in case your order has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may either refuse the package or return it to us based on the process described in our returns and exchanges policy.
